After an accident, insurance companies immediately begin working to protect themselves and minimize what they pay. Having an experienced personal injury lawyer on your side can help level the playing field and protect your rights from the very beginning.
At Morris Law, we help injured South Carolinians pursue compensation for medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and long-term injuries caused by negligence. Our team handles the insurance companies, gathers evidence, negotiates aggressively, and prepares every case as if it could go to trial.
The sooner you speak with a lawyer after an accident, the better protected your claim may be.
How Does “No Fee Unless We Win” Work?
At Morris Law, your consultation is completely free, and you pay nothing upfront to hire our firm. We work on a contingency fee basis, which means we only get paid if we successfully recover compensation for you through a settlement or verdict.
That means:
- No upfront legal fees
- No hourly billing
- No out-of-pocket attorney costs
- No payment unless we win your case
This allows injured victims to get experienced legal representation without additional financial stress during recovery.

Jeff Morris is the founder of Morris Law Accident Injury Lawyers and a dedicated advocate for people injured by negligence across South Carolina. He focuses his practice on car accidents, workers’ compensation, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian injuries, and wrongful death cases, fighting aggressively against insurance companies and large corporations on behalf of his clients. Before becoming an attorney, Jeff worked in aviation, where he first witnessed the tactics insurance companies use to avoid paying claims. That experience inspired him to pursue a legal career and earn his law degree from the Charleston School of Law in just 2.5 years. Known for his tenacity, compassion, and results-driven approach, Jeff is committed to helping injured South Carolinians recover the compensation they deserve.
Ranny Stephens was born and raised in Manning, South Carolina, where he developed a deep passion for public service while working alongside his family in the funeral business and helping his father, who served as Clarendon County Coroner for over 20 years. After attending Newberry College on a football scholarship, Ranny transferred to the University of South Carolina to focus on academics before eventually earning his law degree from Charleston School of Law. Throughout his career, he has served as a judicial clerk, prosecutor, and trial attorney, gaining extensive courtroom experience in both criminal and civil matters. Today, Ranny is known for his calm but aggressive advocacy, his commitment to resolving complex legal issues, and his dedication to helping clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Ian Taylor joined Morris Law Accident Injury Lawyers to help individuals and families across South Carolina in cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and estate-related matters. A graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law, Ian brings a unique background in biotechnology and genetics after beginning his professional career in the biotech industry in Boston. His early legal work focused heavily on probate litigation, estate disputes, and claims involving fraud and undue influence, giving him substantial experience handling complex legal conflicts. Ian combines his analytical background with a client-focused approach to help families protect both their financial future and their legal rights.
Danny Lee Willard Jr. was raised in a small mill town in Upstate South Carolina and began his professional career as a high school social studies teacher before pursuing his passion for law.
